XINXING FASTENERS Manufacture Co., Ltd. Possessing the import & export license was established in 1985. In order to offer a better serve to our client and market demand, We invested a new manufacturing base named XingTai City XinXing Fasteners Manufacture Co.,Ltd.(XTXX) in 2006; Improved a new quality wire rods manufacturing base named Ningbo XinXing Fasteners Manufacture Co.,Ltd.(NBXX) in 2011.
XTXX is located in XingTai City, HeBei Province, China. It occupies an area of 50000m2, 30000m2 of which are covered by factory buildings. The gross capital of this company is valued at USD 11million.Professinal produce all kinds of fasteners, the monthly capacity is about 6000 tons.
The company have 12 fully sets of hot forged equipments and 50 of bolts multi-location automatic cold forged equipments,4 lines of automatic heat treatment production and 4 advanced CNC machines,1 laboratories with full testing equipments. Now we have 200 staffs, 30 of which are technology and management. The Company use ERP management system, having a full set of modern production management system. We mainly produce high strength and high quality fasteners widely used in automobile, structural, energy, heavy machinery, transportation, Bridge and oil pipeline industries. Since 2008, the company set out to improve product's added value, get rid of the mode of simple manufacturing process, gradually involved in fasteners of automotive industry and petroleum chemical industry, and successively obtained ISO/TS 16949:2009 certification and the law of the People's Republic of China special equipment manufacturing license of pressure piping components manufacturing license. After 5 years of unremitting exploration and adjust, have set up good reputation in the domestic automobile manufacturers, and had participated in multiple Sinopec project of chemical construction directly.
NBXX is located in NingBo City, ZheJiang Province, China. It occupies an area of 20000m2, 15000m2 of which are covered by factory buildings. The gross capital of this is valued at USD 8million.Professinal produce Cold Heading Quality Wire, the monthly capacity is about 7000 tons.
The company had imported 8 of SUMON annealing spheroidzing furnaces and 30 of GUOLION high-speed drawing machines from TaiWan. Main produce CHQ wire for kinds of fasteners.Raw materials mainly comes from XINGTAI IRON STEEL GROUP or other famous Chinese steel factory,The production specification is from ö2~ö36.The workmanship for production can be produced according to the requirements by clients.
XINXING FASTENERS can reach to the annual capacity 120000 tons,40000tons of fasteners,80000tons of wire rods, then the annual turnover is about USD 130 million.50% for domestic sale, and 50% supply to many clients in Europe, Asia, Africa and America.etc.
